Grant Program

Our grant program is for anyone that is part of our network in all 51 states. These grants are by email and are answered to you within 24 hrs of the next level or denied. Everyone that wants a grant is not ready for the grants and will not know or understand what the grant is for. With our grant program, we will give you a grant and then allow you to help others. If this is not your plan and use of the grant from us then this is not for you.

Please read the program and try to understand each program how it can help you today and see how each one works and may apply to you to help you.

Features/Benefits:
This grant program will help anyone that donates $ 200.00 or more to our 11 programs. All the programs you receive for free. To use these programs a person will have to donate then they can email our program grant agent and get the service they need to work with. Our program agent will contact you and get you the help you need 24 hrs 7 days week. The grants can be used for the following of your needs: housing, daycare, college, to enroll in our banking program, shuttle bus, working tools, getting a business, park sale or yard sale, fundraising drives of any size, (all funds must come to rooming inc) kid’s college funds, or savings, clothing, open up soup house, fish garden, food trucks, park events, car shows, but no cars in any act. You will have to email us your plan and have three bank accounts open and have all your grant application filled out and emailed in, your police report, if any, and your medical reports. Your grant will be reviewed and if approved by a board member, (which is only takes three) then your grants will be funded to your account as a line of credit. All funds will go the company, only no funds will ever go to the client in no act. You will have to join our give back program.

Our grant program will help you in your home if you have joined our housing program. You can ask for a grant to pay for your rent or bills if you have been in the home for more then three months by email. You will have to join our banking program then if approved the grant will be paid to your landlord only no cash in your pocket. Our grant program doesn’t give cash to anyone.

You can get grants to help you with our daycare programs. These are 24 hrs 7 days week daycares and if you need help to pay your percentage fee and you have no job then you must join our life time working program. Your daycare will be paid to the daycare program agent. Our daycare will only charge a percentage, which means the more you donate the less you will have to pay your daycare fees. If you donate $1800 this will be for the year of 95% off any service you need for one year. If you donate less then hat your fee is 75% off the daycare bills. If you donate less then $1,000 your fees are 50% off the daycare fee or the grant program can help you to pay it. You must be in our banking program and grant program and you will have to volunteer for more then 30 days then you can qualify for grants after you have done your 30 days and you join our life time job program.
Our grant program helps all the kids to learn how to get donations and to get to their own goals in life. Helping yourself then helping others is real life. Our grant program will never give a loan nor make anyone to pay back in no act. To a get grant you will have to join the program and volunteer for 30 days at any of the ten programs of your experience and then you can get our grants. If you need it then go and donate any amount of funds then you can email us and send in your grant plan and wait for the approval by email only, no phone call in no act. All approvals are by board members only.
Our grant program will fix all your needs. If you need help with your loved one or yourself, to get a grant to help you get a home, etc., you will have to have your 30 days volunteer done and have three opened bank accounts. If you have kids you will have opened accounts for the kids then you will be able to get grants for your home, such as payment if needed or to go to college. No other grant can or will be approved. Our grant program will help you to get bus tickets, on our car program, or in our taxi program. If you have donated $1,800 or more then all your fees are 95% off. If you need cash then you will have to join our banking program. There we will look at your account and loan on your saving account only. You can get funds but lets say that you have $100.00 in your savings then you can only get $25.00 cash , so the more you donate and save, the more you can get get in cash which means every $100.00 you can get 25.00 in cash off of your savings. This is a savings, not a loan so keep saving,
Our grant will help you to help others to become a member to the network. You can volunteer at any of our fund drives and earn hours of credits which turn into gifts too. You can never ask for any cash or your time and hours will be void, so have it in your heart to volunteer and let us see the work of helping others. You must take care of yourself and then help others, this is the key to getting the help you need now. Our grant program will seek out each person’s gift very well. Some of the benefits of having a good heart are to give back, help with housing, working at our business, helping our clients, cleaning their rooms, helping with the yards clean up, help with working for any reason, and helping our kids fund drive.
Our banking program will work with our grant program for you. One of the ways of helping you to have fund that grow for you for life is to have you to open an account. You will have our legal agent to put our name on the account with you being on the account only. We will use our own cash and put you in our cash flow program, which grows cash five days a week for you until you get to the age of 65. We put in $200.00 in a pool of the day and the computer kicks back per day $300.00 or more depending on the trade. This cash goes into the clients life time saving which means it grows. All the funds will match their savings at the age of 65. If the client passes away then the funds go to our kids account (if any) ot it will go into our account as a donation from clients. No one what to see these sad times but we all will have to face Yahweh one day.
Our grant program will help the client and the staff or any members that join our network in all 50 states. You will have to join and donate $200.00 or more then all the 11 programs are opened to you to be used at no cost. Some fees apply with some of programs, such as car program, housing program and daycare programs due to the high risk and the kids insurance have to be in place by the mom/dad/staff or membership. You will have to know how all these programs work as one team and you must be able to give back from the heart.
Our grant program funds businesses. The business will have to donate $1,500 or more to our nonprofits and then the 11 programs will be open to them. Businesses can get cash if they need it to grow their business. To help our clients in their area, or any area, or states, the business can get their roof with solar, chairs, tvs, and equipment. All of the equipment has to be rehabilitated green. If the business wants to run a fund drive then we will give the cash to the business to run a fund drive. All food, drink and equipment will be funded by our grant program alone with our banking program. You can ask for $1500 and your business will have to agree to give us 60% of all your net profits of that day. The more you get from us the more you will have to donate to us that day so use our cash to make yourself to give back. You as a business owner can have events weekly, daily, or monthly, depending on what you, as the business owner, will want to do. Pool, darts, poker, other events at your place can include car shows, sing along contests, etc. Use our cash for prizes then all your business has to do is donate a percentage to our nonprofit of the day.
Our grant program works with car dealers in all areas and states to get them to sponsor our grant programs to support our 11 programs. Keep in mind the more cash we put in our program, the more help we can give each person and other companies. We give them cash to help us to have funds to be able to throw in our program.
Here is the one thing that our program gives: It rewards each person that can do 2,400 hours of volunteer work without asking for any cash so please keep a record of your donated work hours emailed and signed off by a board member or our grant agent. The gift that you will be rewarded is a $ 25.000.00 valued item. This way it pays to give back, you reap what you sow. You will have to email all your hours and email them back to our Rooming Inc. email which is the volunteer email that will be assigned to you from our grant program agent. We will have many others that can get up to 1500 hours. Others will be rewarded up to $15,000 in valued gifts. It pays to volunteer and be rewarded for it. All your work must come from the heart, hard work is easy if you love what you do. Our gift giving program is a free offer to anyone that wants to take it or give it to others.
Our housing program needs to acquire approximately $3 billion in grants per state to buy homes and rehabilitate them green for our members, staff, and clients. This housing program will have many ways of raising this type of funds to go into our other programs by raffle of a green home each month. All the client will have to do is to make a 5k/or higher donation in our drawing. The winner will win a free and clear Green It, Solar It home that is worth $ 375.000.00 per state. 12 of these homes will be raffled off. We will have home appliances to raffle off each week. All the tickets will start at $5 for 7 tickets, the more tickets you have, the more chances to win our gifts. There are many other events to hold for our funds drive to reach our goal.
Our food programs will need $300 million per state, in grants to open soup houses, food stores and food trucks feed our client three meals a day 7 days week.
Our working program will need $1billion per state, in grants to offer our clients life time jobs and open up new jobs and businesses.
Our cars program will need $600 million per state, in grants to allow us to buy wholesale green only cars and offer the rental, shuttle or cars to our clients.
Our life time daycare program needs $800 million per state in grants or funds to open up 24 hrs starter daycare homes for our staff, our clients, and our members. The funds will go to payroll, expense, cars. items, office supply, and events.
Our banking program will need $2 billion in grant funds per states to offer free checking accounts to all our SSI/SSDI/ homeless clients, homeless kids and members. Grants will be going to areas for low income clients to open up green business in their area using our 60% 40% life time network. Our grants will buy its own bank so that we can fund our own network for the public and clients to get Green It Solar It funding. We hold fund raising for cash prizes to go to the account only for our clients kids. All cash will be only deposited into the account for college, business, or the kids life time savings. No cash is ever given to the client in no act.
Our legal program will offer our member and client and staff free legal help on their legal issue per states. It needs $500 million per states in grants by doing network of fund raising in each state and our goals can be meet very fast. Theses grant are to help our clients for free as long as they are a member, client or staff. Our fund drives will be to have raffles for cash to give to them to start their legal matters. They need to buy our raffle tickets first, $ 100.00 will get them 25 tickets to win items and cash to go towards their legal matters, no cash is given.
Our taxi program will need in grants per state $100 million to buy green taxi cars to take our staff, clients and members to and from their every day duties. Provided for free at no charge, this taxi will give our client a life time job and life time housing program.
Our medical program will need in grant per state $1 billion to open up its own pharmacy in areas that is permitted. This will allow our clients and the public to get their medicine taken to them 24 hrs 7 days week and refills so that our clients, members and staff can stay on their medicines. These are 24 hrs 7 days week pharmacy alone with 24 hrs 7 days week class to teach our clients how to stay on their meds, and use their meds. This is free class to any member of the public to join.
Our grant programs will need in grant offer by Rooming Inc. in per states $4 billion to offer grants to clients to open their own business and to go to college and then open their own business using our 60% 40% network. There is no loan to repay just this is a life time agreement Rooming Inc. buys the business and sets up each client to use our merchant machine and the banks will do the 60% to us and 40% to the client account each week or month or daily. All the 60% is a donation not a payment. The client will never own the business unless they pay cash for its business as a donation for their tax write off.
Our cars repairs programs will need in grant $700 million per state to open up cars lots and car shops to offer our clients life time jobs , fix on green cars send our clients to school to know how to fix on green cars, and to service our clients 24hrs a day 7 days week and have green cars show for its fund drive. To get to our goal of the $700 million our grant program is really a good way to start your life and to understand how we can do this. WHAT I WILL EXPLAIN TO YOU INTENSE GRANT PROGRAMS.
OUR GRANT PROGRAM WORKS IN THIS FORMAT FOR YOU TO GET YOURSELF HELP AND TO BE READY IF NEEDED TO HELP OTHERS. THE GRANT COMES FROM OUR DONATION MASTER ACCOUNT AND IT FUNDS ON THE PERSON OR THE COMPANY THAT HAS THE RIGHT PLAN TO HELP THEMSELF AND OTHERS AND THAT OFFER LIFE TIME JOB TO THEIR STAFF. Our grant programs will help you to get yourself up and going. All the funds that you make from our grants will have to be in the plan to donate back a percentage to our grant program from your net profits each week or month or bi weekly. This is how this all works, lets say you want to buy a daycare from our grant program and you are a member to the network. All you will have to do is to write the budget plan for the next 10 years on what is the grant is needed for, how will the grant grow to open another daycare, plan on how your staff will get life time jobs and plan on how your daycare will give back the percentage back to our grant programs. If all the plans are in then you’re approved. The funds will be deposited to your deposit account and then you start, which means your deposit account is a must have before we give any grant to anyone. That means your name is on the account but you are not the signer. Our banking program is the signer and it takes funds from the account to pay your debt for you. It takes in income and gives back out the income to the right account , and yes, you will access to the account as a view only.
Our grant program works as the following, you email us the plan for our board members only to review it and then within 24 hrs we email you an approval, so don’t email us until all your plan of the 10 years is in place if you do then you will be turned down, and you can not go in business unless you give follow up details and turn them in. Bad plans mean failure of doing business, so our banking program agent will look over all the details and see where is the ten year plan budget, life time job plan, and our Green It Solar It plan and budget. Your net percentage gives back to our grant programs, your pay roll budget plans, and staff budget plans. All this will be looked at before we move forward, and you will have to have all permits form your state to move forward with your project if you want to get our grant for business. If you want a grant for another reason then you will need a small plan in a form of word doc mail to our grant agent to review it and go over it with you before it comes to our board meeting for the approval to move forward. All of our network members must be assigned to an agent so please go to your agent and have them to help you to get your grant today. We fund grants in 24 hrs if all plans are in order.
If you are a mom/dad and need a grant fund to get yourself ahead of your income then this grant program will be just right for you. This is how this program will work for you, you must be into the banking program to get any grants from us, so if you’re making lets say $1300 a month and after all your bills you don’t have the funds to get want you need to get done. You will then ask or write us a grant plan asking for more funds to get you ahead of your budget. So, if you’re making only $1300 a month this is the amount you can ask for. Its a month to month grant. All the funds will go to your deposit account and then it will start paying your bills or other needs. Your donation per month is all you have to do to keep it active and the fund will go to your deposit account on the agreed terms of the grants. This means that if you make $1300 then we will put $1300 x 6 month in your deposit account. It all depends on how long you have been a member and how well you are donating to our grant program each month. All this will get looked at and then the funds from the grants will be deposited in your deposit account only. There is never any cash to you, all the grant funds will be deposit only. You can only view the account for your information. Your own net account will transfer your 5% or your net pay to your account. You will be set up a life time saving account which will only have your name on it and our legal team are the signer of the account so that if you are in any trouble this account will be looked at to help you. The account has to reach $25.000.00 before any funds can help you, this all we be looked at before you get any grant, to help you.
Our kid grant program is designed the same way. Each kid has to get three accounts open. One is the deposit account with their name and they are not the signer. Our bank program is the signer (view only)of their life time savings which our legal program is the signer alone with their name on the account (view only). Then you have your own account with is called your spend it account. You can spend this cash however you please, its your cash. This is how each kid has to be set up before they can get any grant from our grant program. When this is set, the kid and the mom/dad or the caregiver, or a member of the network can help the kid. The program kid agent can then help the kid to get a grant to do what he likes doing. The best maybe is singing, skateboarding, arts, dogs, cats. sports, all the kid have to do is come up with a plan and send this to us then in 24 hrs they will get it approved or work on it more. All the kids need to have at least 100 hours of volunteer work done before they can apply for any grant which means this will be looked at before we give any grant. Your school grade will be looked at, your police report (if any) will be looked at , a sit down with your mom/dad will be set up, (if any mom/dad or care giver). You can be any age to get grants from our grant programs. All details must be in order as the program rules will not change in no act. All the kids that want to get a grant must be at the age of 0-18 years old this is a special grant program that work with the kid program to help the kid to get what they need to start their life the right way.
Men and women grant programs are open as well. All the programs are 24 hrs approved if the right plans are in place to be able to give back to our grant program to help others which means that out of your net profits you are to set up a percentage of this going back to our grant program each week or month or bi weekly. You will have to have your three banking program accounts open as the kid did. All our grant program will go to your deposit account and then you can start. All grants are only done by email only and there is no phone call allowed. We will call you if we need for you to come in to our office or meet with you. Our taxi will get you or you can drive to us and meet. All meetings are set up by email as well, so missing your meeting means that you will have to wait 6 months to get a grant then you can apply by email only with your plans. No meeting will be set up only email either approved or keep working on it, or detail on what needs to be fixed. Keep in mind these are grants to up your income to help you to get ahead of your bills or pay your debt off. The deposit account will send the funds to that debtor only, not to you, never, so don’t look for cash in no act. All the grant funds must be traceable, and used for the grant approved plans and we will make sure that this is the way that our grant will be done each state. By you working closely with your banking agent and yourself these grants can help you as a member which means it adds funds to your deposit account, to help you to prepay your bills in the state you’re in. You will get a deposit bank card for your deposit account. You can, on your own, donate as much as you want. All this will be looked at before we approve your grant to help you to help others. Your own goal is to help yourself and this will be looked at how much you on your own deposit funds into your own saving or deposit account. You will help make us grant to you, so learn how to give back to yourself.
Our grant program will also be able to support your kids or yourself into talent shows, any kind as long as you use all of our advertising as your sponsor. Use our own merchant machine, and all the funds will go to your master deposit account then a percentage will go to you and the other account as well from our banking program. An agent will set this all up. Keep in mind these are cashless grant programs and all our network is cashless. All of our membership will be on a cashless network. The less cash we see the more help will come to you. All of our stores that we open are membership stores. Your donation made this happen so use your access to get your items or food. These are food stores set up where you prepay then you go eat or make a donation before you come in. The max amount has to be $200.00 or more. This makes you a member then you are to put as much funds on the card as you wish to eat. Keep in mind that the $200.00 or more will not be to eat on or buy any item its only a donation to get your card access then you add funds to the card to do what you have to do to get our item from our stores. The card will have to have at least $25.00 or more on the card to work in some areas due to high risk crime areas, but in most stores the amount can be $20.00 or more to work to get into our cashless stores. These are vending machines and some staff my be place there to help you. There is no cash in these stores. All that is in these stores is vending machines which means these are staffless stores and its your stores to go in 24 hrs a day 7 days week. Our taxi will take you to these stores and bring you back as well. These stores are fully stocked by our food program and its only staff, our own membership, or volunteer. The more you volunteer the more points you earn for the reward at the end of the year which is worth it. Be there to get great prizes and cash rewards as a gift. Its our way of saying “thank you” for making yourself open to help yourself then others. Our grant program will want kids there to work as well, the more they get in to the grant and volunteer the faster their grant can be approved. So get out there and help yourself to help others.
Our grant program will look at our own client and get each of them into our banking program which means that they will not be a signer of the account but they will have their name on the account, and a life time saving and a payee only to help them to get what they want. You must be a members to be the payee of the deposit account we set up for them which we deposit the amount od their check in to the deposit account and then they can use the account with their bank card. Swipe only is allowed by their payee that they set up themselves. These grant funds are to go to the client per month as much as needed. Their payee can request more if the need is there, so this means that if they make $740.00 then they can get $740.00 in a grant into their deposit account to help them get more help which means they will have $ 1,480.00 to use for themselves. If they are SSI/SSDI or fixed income is going to our deposit account we set it up for them if they are ready have a payee. The $740.00 will go to their deposit account and then their appointed payee will asst them in a everyday use of the funds each week. The client can take up to $185.00 a week. This will help them to go to each of the programs only non of this cash will go to no outside company, its inside cash to be used on the programs only. This is how we get our programs in use to the client. We want them depending on the program to help them so this is inside grant funds to help the client with the program per day all year.
Our grants that will be approved, with the right plan are the following: all grants have to be for yourself only to be approved, a grant for business, a grant to go back to school, grant to go to work, grant to go to college, grant to do fund drive for Rooming Inc. program only, grant to help your clients if your payee, grant for kids fund drive, grant for new clothing up to 7 out fits only, grant to build your income per month, grant to get yourself item to live on per day to day, grant for food if you’re a member, a grant to research for our own program to make them better, grant to get more training on your job you want to do for our own network, grant to become trained for all the programs, but no grant for cars in no act. Keep in mind that all grants will go to your deposit account, not to you in no act so use these grant in per state the grant will have to better yourself and us. To get approved this allows us to help others in this matter. We are learning as well as you are , so please work with us. We all need to get to understand all the grants and some grants will not work until they are fixed to give back to our grant program, in other words, “eat rice, grow rice”.
Our grant will only work for you if you want to help yourself to help others. We will see that this is done and yes you will have to make plans to do just this. We can not do this alone nor can you it, will take team work. With our grant program we will be depending on you as a member to help us in many low areas. We give grants in area to rebuild them to become jobs for our own staff and membership and their kids. If you need a grant it has to be in the area we have to rehab to bring jobs back to these areas. Our grant giving is bases on us giving back to low area, if this is not you then the grant will not work for you unless you take on our 60% 40% give back grant program which our banking program will explan all this to you. Our goal is to go into the states and find low areas and rebuild them with our cashless network, open up cashless network food stores, item stores, cashless taxi service, life time job, program life time housing programs, etc. This is what our grants are for and will get approved if you are on the same page, of getting grants, or network inside a grant program which means it always gives back to the program to help yourself then others. It will never goes dry because we all are putting into the master grant fund account per month. We own all of our stores, businesses and housing. Your donations made this all happen. No can say “I” we all have to as a team say “we made this all happen”, so lets work as a team and lets say our words all together ready.
