All our housing program you will have to have a bank account or a payee or you will have to pay a big deposit to cover the high risk for the a unit just for rental for one day the deposit is 150.00 then the rent is 45.00 a night weekend 65.00 a night, this hotel or motel type of housing one person per room each person have to pay its own rent no two in a studio, all fee such as Wi-Fi fee are added? rental car program fee are added, food program fees are added, housekeeping fee are added, now for the one bedroom unit two can rent these unit as one the deposit are $ 250.00 and one night is 65.00 a day and weekend is $ 120.00 a day and all the fee are add if the client need it only and for the two bedroom units the deposit are $350.00 deposit and the rent are 160.00 a day and all the fees if need is a option if you going to play you have to pay? these are just the hotel or motel or just a room for the night, this is for single or couple or family ,
Our housing program will also help your client to get into long term housing if they have a fix income which mean they have to join rooming inc housing program act then share a room llc will rent to them and rooming inc pays its rent for the client to share a room llc for each mentally ill client or vet, their rent will be covered by rooming inc which mean they will have to have approved pass to rent to give to share a room llc housing agent, our banking program will fax it to share a room llc before the client go to rent with all payment detail all rent are to be wired only to the account of the program or llc one of the good thing about our ten programs is that they all work a team with each client or member or staff?
