​Working Program

​Our working program is the way to get you a lifetime job with one of our programs, which will lead you to the other programs. Having a job means income, income means paying bills and helping yourself. Our working program will help you get into one of our lifetime jobs that we offer to all pending staff. All of our clients that can work and all of our members that join our network must go do 30 days of volunteer work before getting hired. Then, if approved, you will be enrolled into our 90 day job training class. Then, after the 12 months, you will be approved into our lifetime jobs program.

Features/Benefits:

1. OUR PROGRAM requires that you join our 30 day volunteer work program which means that if you’re good at banking then you are to work our banking program for 30 days then after the 30 days we can see if you’re the right fit to join us for a lifetime. Our  main goal is to stop joblessness in all 50 states and to give lifetime jobs to anyone that fits the job and can do the job as the terms allow them to do their job. After you have done your 30 days  if you’re approved or not approved then the option is up to you to go back through our volunteer program for 60 more days and see if you get approved or move on and get a job you can do best. If you are approved then you will then enter into our 90 days training of your lifetime job all the paperwork will be given to you. You will have to get two email accounts from us, one for deposit email from us and yourself, one is for us to send you info for a lifetime. You will have to take a medical test to prove to us you can do the job. You will have to get a police report, you need a job history (if any) if you don’t have working experience at any of the programs you want to work for, then you will have to go into our 90 day volunteer program. You have an option to pick any of the programs to use while you are in the our 90 days programs, you will need a cellphone or a landline, your Facebook address (if any) and you will have to join the banking program. You will be assigned to a program agent which allows you to join our network as you need it. There are two types of program agents, one is the one that just works one program and the other is the one that works all ten programs. This is the agent that is over all of our volunteer workers only.
2. Our working program brings jobs to many states. It has its own jobs within our own housing, and its buying from our own stores and sending our clients that can work to work. Each pending staff will have to join our grant program which is our volunteer program. These are pending lifetime staff that will one day help other life-timers get their approval. Only life-timers can train a pending lifetime job seeker that is in our 30 day volunteer program. All our clients can not be into the lifetime job program. They are only to volunteer as their health or mental illness allows them to work. Our members can join our grant program. They can also get grants to go to college for their experience to bring it back to our network. Our working program will pay all the fees for you to go so take this as a good way to  help yourself to help others. Our working program will offer you as a pending staff free services and training for the next 30 days. Their report will help us to make the approval, and our board members will have to email you to see if you are approved. Our client is a volunteer for life if they can work, then they will work, if not then they can not, its their call to work or not. All of our working programs are to help our own high risk, low risk, low area, high area, middle class area to get jobs, keep jobs and help others to get jobs. If they can get into our life time job act then this will be their top goal. It starts out paying $10.25 an hour, they now can crosstrain and get higher pay. Anyone that wants to get into our lifetime job program has to have worked 12 months, then they can apply to be into the lifetime job program which means they can never be fired in no act, only demoted,
3. Our working program can offer many kinds of in house jobs such as  the following: cooks, food trucks, handyman (must get a licensee) yard work, fish tank worker, yard sale worker, warehouse staff, housing agent, daycare agent, drivers, shuttle bus workers, taxi drivers, safety agent, housekeepers, medial worker,  car repairs worker, rooms repairs staff, parking lots workers, events workers, banquet workers, food show workers, fund drive workers, holding sign staff, flyer workers, caller center workers, daycare cook only, daycare repairs only, kid program worker, program agents, volunteer agent,  front desk agent, bookkeepers, typing agent, web site agents, housing seeker agent, grants maker agent, public speaker agent, salesman agent, working with permits and license agent, contractor agent, business agent, social workers, mentally ill house agent, get our benefits agents, homeless agent, soup house agent, clothing house agent, bath house agent,  card access agent, life time job agents, working parks workers, speaker agents, intake agents, conference call agents, email Facebook agent, board meeting agents, all these jobs and many others inside our own network will come to these areas. All you have to do is find the job you are good at and love doing it and start your 30 days as a volunteer, then you get approved then you enter into our 90 days job program then you will have to work the job for 12 months counting your 90 days. You become our lifetime job agent, which means you can work all the 11 programs. You will be cross trained to become an agent.
4. Our working program will also help you to make cash and save cash and get your kids cash. So when you get a check your kid gets a check. If you owe debt to anyone or on your credit report, or child support, our debt free working program can help you to get out of this debt. The way this works is that when you have worked your 30 days and now you want to get out of debt, then all you have to do is join our banking program. This program will open one account for you where only a percentage will go to your debt and a percentage will go to your kids, all of them (if any) or our kid account. No cash will come to you in no act, all the cash you work for will go towards your debt, kids and all your taxes will be paid as you get paid. Our bank program will set you up to get the job and then take all the percentages out each payday. Your job is based on your experience, if you owe child support your account will pay all the debt and our banker will take a percentage out for your kids so when your debt is over then you can apply for the lifetime job. Until then, you are to work until all your debt is paid off in full. Let me show you how this works, let’s say you have 40k in debt. Anytime you work in the debt free job program your wage is min wage in that state, so let’s say your wage is $7.85 an hour, keep in mind your debt is $ 40k, so we take your taxes, medical, and your membership fee, and your kid percentage and your real owed debt from you each payday. So if you earn $1,245 a month  then take away your debt, so let say your child support is $500.00 month, your kids min is $150.00 a month, your taxes $108.00 your medical/kid is  $ 125.00. You will have left over a net $ 362.00 so we will take the rest and pay your kid which will be $ 181.00 and send the rest to your child support, or your creditor’s debt. It’s your option, the more you pay on your debt the more it goes down, this is called our debt free working program,
5. Our working program will also help you to save cash. Just join our banking program, Then join our grant program and work the volunteer hours that are posted. See your working program agent.It pays to donate and work it, and help others. Our grant program has volunteer hours that must be worked before you can get our gifts. You will have to look into our banking program to see the hours to be worked before you are gifted. Our working program will also buy you the right clothing at no cost to you. Our in house jobs program are free to apply for, to start in to any of the jobs you will have to work the volunteer hours but you can also earn cash while you working your 30 days program. You can bring help to us, bring clients off the street that have a fixed income to our housing program. This will allow us to pay you cash. Each client you bring to us you can make $100.00 cash when they pay their rent in full, then we will reward you a referral fee. You must be in the banking program. We only deposit and if you’re in the banking program then the bank will send a percentage to your kid (if any) OR TO OUR KID PROGRAM ACCOUNT, then the rest go to your net account. This is called Rooming Inc. helping you to help others, so look on the street, go in places to find these type of clients. It pays to help others,
6. Our working program starts off by you joining our 30 day volunteer work ticket, then if approved, you join our 90 days job training. Then you will have to work this job for 12 months then you can join our lifetime job programs. This is the system for you to prove yourself to us and we can then know how to help you to help yourself, then others. By you working for our program this allows you to understand many other options as they open to you and to look to many others ways to make cash for yourself. If you have the experience, then do it, do one program at a time but take your time to learn them one at a time. Our job program will help you to work hard and this will help you to join other programs to take you to the next level. Our working program will find out if you’re the right one for the job. The way this works is this way, we don’t hire managers, we hire within so if you’re the one that has been there the longest and have cross-trained then you’re in charge. All of our head agents will have to be trained and if you’re a life-timer then you can take on any open job at any place in state or out of state. Life-time means just that, for life, which means that your job is safe, sick or well. All of our jobs will require that we take a health insurance policy out on you. This allows you to get a check. If you’re sick, keep in mind that your kids will get a percentage on all your income for life. So please get with your banking agent to set up your account to apply your percentage to your debt or the kids either way, is fine with us our kids or your kids have to have the right money path to face their own life , always keep our kid or your kid in making income alone with you. When the time comes you will be happy. You reap what you sow, always in life.
7. Our working program has stages you will be in. Here are the stages: stage one is the volunteer only program for 30 days, then you can move on. Stage two which is or month to month working program for the 90 days. Then you can move to  stage three which will be working on your lifetime job placements, then you in stage 4 which is a lifetime job. You can move to stage 5 which is head agent of your job place. Then you can go to stage 6 which is area agent for life. Then you can move to stage 7 which is  head of the whole state agent. Then you can move to stage 8 which is state to state agent. From there, you can move to stage 9 which is  asst/head agent at one of our ten LLC. Then you move to stage 10 which is training with our asst/ceo for 12 months. Then you move to stage 11 which means you open up one of your own LLC stores and run it with your own staffing. Then you move to the last stage 12. You become an Asst/CEO which makes 1.5 million a year in payroll. These are the growth levels you can do to get you to where you want to be if you work hard at it. These stages take time and hard work if you love to grow then this is how you grow. Keep in mind, for whatever reason you pick, use it to help yourself to help others,
8. Our working program has signed an act in place which states no firing act in stage  4 and thereafter. You walk away and come back but the job is is open to you to do what is open. Maybe its cleaning the trash can, but you will have to take the low part of the job and then work yourself back up to where  you left off. Our job is to help you to get to stage 4 so we can work with you. So if you can get to the stage 4, then you only can be demoted, but when you leave us this puts the word out that you are a “walk out”, which means you have to slow low for 12 month then you can work and apply for higher job task. But you know the job, so just complete your 12 months then you have the option to apply for what you want to do. You will have to take 30 days as a volunteer. Working the program will free you from your low job then you will be back in place where you started. The pay rate is lower for you but you’re back. A walk-out’s rate can only go as high as $10.25 in any top job. All top jobs have to have a 30 days, then 12 month to month under a life time agent. You have to report your action by email each day. If you miss sending your email to your agent then you will stay in low job for 12 more month then you will have to wait the full 12 months before you can reapply. Keep in mind you will get demoted on all wrong acts, which means you have to work your hours. If you get demoted, then the hours you can work will be mailed or emailed or texted to you to work only, which means you don’t get your 40 hrs you get 5 mins a day to work.
9. Our working program works for you or from you or with you or for you. This will be your call on this its up to you to get to it. Uur job is to help you to work and stay away from other issues, keep your nose clean at all times. Read your demoted files, you pay us when you don’t follow the rules. All the funds will go to our kids account, so your wrong act will only help our kids account grow. We take all the funds, then they are spilt up between all the kids in our trust account. Each week all account holders will get their bank statement to reflect this.
10. Our working program will give jobs to vendors, and clients who want to work our vending route and stock them and go pick up item for our   vending machines. The job pays a staff $11.00 an hour to start but the pending staff have to work it for 30 days, then they will be approved or not. Then they go to the  next stage, which is stage 2 this allows them to join all our 11 programs and work the programs that best to fits their needs and it will take place in a few weeks of joining of any of our programs.
11. Our kid working program works with both mom and dad and care giver. All the kids that want to work will have to sign up with our banking programs. This will get them two accounts. One for them to spend, and the other one is for them to save it. The kid can only work on a weekend or if its summertime then they can work their hours. 8 to 12 hours is the maximum a kid can work in the summertime. This is  called double pay for school and savings money network. This extra cash help our kids to have cash to go school and buy items for their school and college. This also allows the kid to have a good rating with banks. This also helps them to have funds to enjoy themselves when the time comes. Our kids can only work morning hours and 2-10 hours. No after hours is allowed in no act. Our kid working program will allow the kid to go to work with dad and mom to earn some volunteer hours. This will earn them volunteer points which you will have to talk to your grant agent on how all the points work. Our banking program will do all the math for you, the kid will have to have a state id, and health records. All the kids will get a coded access card, and a social security number. All the programs are offered to the kids for free. They can use them and also they can use our grant programs at anytime. Our kids can earn cash at an early age which will help their cash to grow for them as they grow up. These programs are offered to all staff and membership and clients and public to join. All the kids will donate $100.00 or more, to our non profits. All the fees will come from their earned income. Our kids working program has many jobs open, park opening, food opening, event opening, fund drive opening, food service opening, car wash opening, flyer passer opening, medical asst. opening, repairs opening, yard sale opening, candy shop opening, clothing stores opening, parking lot opening, ticket sale box opening, call center opening, as well as jobs for the kids opening. We post them all. Each kid must get a private email only for our staff.
12. Our working program will also help a new resident of the state to come work, out of jail client to become part of the network, which mean they come to the state and work the next day or out of jail and work the next day. All the clients that come in this way will have to join our housing program and our banking program and/or food program until they get income to pay for their own ways. All the accounts will be set up by our banking program agent. Our programs are the following: (from home to work program) (debt free working program) (stay and work program) kid work program) (life time work programs) (volunteer work programs) (month to month programs)(24 hours work programs)( vending work programs) (food trucks program)(house agent work programs)( event worker programs) (call center work programs) (flyer work programs) (music/dance show work program)(art work programs)(yard sale/park work program)(bookkeeper in house programs) (handyman work program) (carshop/repairs work programs) (cashiers/waiter/dishwasher programs) (off site house to house work program) (taxi/shuttle bus program) (safety programs). These are all the programs that you can get into and start earning cash. If you can do your 30 days  by working with any of these programs you must have the experience to do any of these programs. Cross training is allowed after you have reach stage 4 then you can work yourself to do all the programs one program at a time, and each of the program you must do them a least 30 days to have completed them to be able to say  I did it all.
13. Our working program will reward all of our staff and membership each year with great gifts and cash and other nice item such as gold and trips. We believe that if you work then you must  enjoy yourself as well get away from it all and have fun with your loved one or a getaway for yourself, getaway from it all. This is why I have come up with all these ways to give it back. Each year to you as our supporter you made it all happen, so the gift is a “thank you” to you. Each staff will win a gift. Each states, this is our thank you from me the CEO. Enjoy your gifts! Some  of the gifts are the following: green cars some will win it, a green home free and clear, some staff will win it, a green boat, $50,000.00 in cash, some staff will win it, $25.000.00 in cash, some staff WILL WIN IT, $10.000.00 in cash and $5,000.00 in cash, many will win $1.00-1,000 in cash. Each year I will give away 100k in cash and in prizes. I will give away 500k in items. You want to come to these end of the year thank you events. 14. All of our working programs will  not be in the newspaper, its word of mouth and all of our ads will be in movie theaters, banners, and flyers by mail or handouts. This saves cash and in some cases, we fax it to other companies trying to help others get jobs. There many companies that want clients to go to work and there are many complexes and housing companies that want clients to go to work. We reach out to these clients and help them to get a job now. We will work with every veteran that comes to our jobsite. They get first hand at our 30 days and most likely will pass if they don’t then they will get the right job that fits their need other then going back in to the 60 days back work programs. 15. Our working program can help you open up a business of your own if you join for a life time. Give back for life. Its called the 60% 40% working program which allows our banking program to buy the business and buy all the equipment and green it solar it and then allow you to work it for life. All you take each month from the business is your 40% and the rest of the 60% will got to Rooming Inc. for life. With his 40% you can take this cash home and you don’t have to pay NO BILLS AND NO FOOD EXPENSE. JUST WORK IT AND GO HOME, THAT’S ALL. If you want a business then this is the time to own one. We pay for the business and do all the paperwork and buying and permits and licensee. All you have to do is work it with your experience. You will have to work a business that you want us to buy for 30 days before we buy you the business. This  is called show me you can do it , then I will buy it. Yes we own it for life, but you take 40% for life, which means you’re a sub-contractor to this business. It carries no payroll for you, only the staff and in some cases you can hire your own from pay them your own 40%. If you don’t, then we will send in our own agents to work your business for 30 days and try to get them to become life time at this business. This offer is for only members and life time staff, you can not get this if you are not a life time staff or member. This offer is not for the mentally ill client, our business offer is for the one that wants to be their own boss and knows how to do it and will work it. But you must be in to all the programs that are required for you to be in, such as the banking program, the working program, food program, and the grant program. This allows us to work with you and you work with our program. All the cash runs through our own merchant and our banking program will do all the percentages each month without either one of us being there. If you choose to buy the business form us then you will have to bring all cash only and it has to be donated and then the business will be yours, free and clear. Ask your housing agent on how to go buy it back from us, keep in mind we made it all green and solar so the business is worth three times more to buy then when we paid for it. Adding this type of rehabilitation to any business will bring up the price for paying all cash.
16. Our working program allows you to volunteer for a lifetime as much as you have the time to volunteer. The way this works for you is that your business or loved, one or each person, can donate your items or cash or time to help us to help others. Every time you volunteer you get points on your name which means when you reach 1,000 hours then your name will go into our gift programs, which means at a random draw we can call your name for our gift of $ 5,000 of items or cash can be the gift. This program is only for the volunteer, its called the “thank you gift”. This is the draw: as our volunteer gets to their 1,000 hours of volunteer time, when you have done 1,500 hours then your name will go to the next level of thank you gift draw your name for $10,000  with many other will be in the pots and one person will per month until all the  tickets per month is  pick  out. When you have reached 2,000 hours then your name will go into the thank you gift draw for the $ 15,000 draw per month and all the name will stay in the pots until its get  drawn  per month. There will be a winner if their is a name in the pot to draw. The next level which is the last level will be for 25.000.00 cash or items draw which if your name has reached this level it means you have done 2,500 hours of volunteers work. Then your name can be drawn the following month. All tickets name stay in the pot until you are drawn, if you have way past the hours and have reached the other level then your name will be put into the top level. All hours must be recorded on our volunteer website or log in, all this will be set up for you. The hours that you put in never go away, they get recorded and added up.  It never goes down, this is what will take you to your level of being gifted in our draw each month. Please be the one to be gifted.
17. All the kids that volunteer at the age of 2 year old and up to any age will get into the gift program and the points add up with them. All kid hours start at 100 hours and up to 1500 hours. They will go to four levels. One level is when they reach the 300 hours level. Their name will go into our thank you gift draw for $ 2,500 cash or items. If its cash then all the funds will go to their deposit account only. If its items, then all the prizes will go their caretaker or mom/dad per month. Their name and the reward will be places on our wall for life. All the photos will stay at our building for life throughout the year. This is called the thank you wall. The next level will be  600 hours. Then their name will go into our $5,500 cash or items draw each month. Then they will go to the next level, which be the 900 hours. Then their name will go into our $10,500 draw pot each month. Then the last level will be our $15,000 cash or items draw pot which is half cash and half items.
18. EVERYONE WHO WORKS WITH US OR JOINS US, MUST HAVE A DEPOSIT ACCOUNT. This account has our name on it as the signer and your name on it as well but not as the signer which means you can’t take funds from this account in no act. All your funds from us will go to the deposit account then the bank will do the percentage for you, your debt and your lifetime savings. Everyone will give a percentage to their kid’s account each payday. Even me as the CEO will give a percentage to our kids cash deposit account each pay day. If we let our kids grow into funds then their minds will stay set on their goal in life and they can get it done. Our working program will train the kid to work hard to be who they want to be. Our working program will also help us to give to them to have the tools to work at who they want to be. Cash is a start, having the tools is a second pathway, wanting to get it done is the willpower they need, getting done is the job that lay in their pathway of life. The level of gift back program is a way to stay thank you for all your support and we’re helping others to get their lives in place. This is our way of giving it back as well. We all have to learn to take care of ourselves and to help others. Our kids will follow us in the right pathway if we as moms and dads can open their eyes on starting their path the right way, which means do unto others as you wish to be treated, and learn this yourself. If you want to teach others this pathway, having a job or working, keep the kids mind on their goals and working keeps them from getting away.
19. Our working program brings jobs to areas of our own to offer our clients, pending staff, our members and their kids to start earning points or cash. The program brings 11 ways for our clients to start now. Anyone can start now to earn points or gifts and cash. There will be a time when you might not feel it, but the time will come to get your reward. Think of the person you are helping that will never be able to get anything but your help and if you stop helping them then they are lost. So always think of others when you are helping yourself to help others.
20. Our working program will help you to get back into the work force and earn points or earn cash. All the 11 programs will bring jobs to you and your loved ones. Young or old, there is work to be done. The old women used to say “if you have time to lean, you have time to clean”. This would go all the way down to our own self and kids. Start young to earn points, and work yourself up to earn cash. It will help you when you are old and can’t work. Work smart and plan smart. It always wins the outcome, of life, bills and freedom. Debt free is what we are working for here, getting bills paid off is the goal and not having no bills and not running into debt is our life time goals. Keep in mind to never find ways to go into debt, find ways to stay out of debt. Our working program is designed for you to stay out of debt, pay off debt, and never go back into debt. Hate debt, love debt free. Think of ways to be debt free. Join our debt free working program. This program pays all your debt, taxes and medical and you get no income but it pays all your debt, which in time you will become debt free. Debt free take time, spending it only takes a second, planning to be debt free takes  a life time.
21. Our working program will help all young girls and boys to be become role models. Our working program allows the kids to join our banking program and then our clothing program. If you need our housing program then the kid will have to join all the ten programs then go and work with them. This is the way it works for each of the kids and the mom/dad: Rooming Inc. becomes their bankers, all the funds for each of the kids will be paid for by Rooming Inc. to the kid’s program fund account. If the mom and dad join our kid program, which means that the kid will have to join all  11 of the programs and work them in public with other people. All the work they do up to the date they have to go on stage will be played before they come out The video will show how much charity work they have done for the area, and how much cash they have raised, and how much college fund they have earned towards the goal to be who they want to be. Each of the kids will have to open up a banking program or already have a deposit account, then our Legal program agent’s name goes on the account, and the kids name goes on the account but they are not a signer. Then our banking program will fund the account with 5k and they will get three accounts. 1 account is for deposit only, which mean each kid will get a bank deposit card so they can get cash and deposit into their account, then each kid gets a 2nd account. This account is for them to spend it when they need it. The bank will take a percentage from their deposit account and transfer it to their spend it account so the kid can spend this cash how ever they please, with their mom/dad or themselves or with friends. Then the kid will get a third account called life time saving. The banking program will transfer a percentage from their deposit account to their life time saving each month or weekly. This cash is to never be spent unless the kid is in a health or death issue. This account grows for the life time of each of the kids from our foundation. We put a percentage of our own funds into our kids life time saving account. They will, likewise, do the same anywhere in the world they live. They can start their own kid’s account as well and a percentage of their fund will open their own kid account in the same way. The kids are to go into our 10 months of volunteer work before their event to become the next model or champion of the event. The days they have to go out is the following: all donation work and fund drives have to be set up and planned 10 months before their main event. This allows video-taping and planning of events.
22. All kids that are in our model working program have to have a 12 month plan up to their event. So we start with Jan. as a party for all the mom/dads or caretakers of each kid. The sign up takes place and the time of each of the kids fund drive and work time is planned. Then each of the kid’s mom/dad or caretaker of the kid gets their working and fund drive date and time to be there. All the places are set up by Rooming Inc. and the kids program agent. All the times set are a must to be there and all the cash must be recorded, and all the kids will be the top leader of the events with all the taping is on them or with their friends. In January all the kids will have to work and do a fund drive on the weekend. Saturday of each week in the month of January. The mom/dad pick the date of that Saturday. All events must be  recorded. There are two Saturdays of each month, that is a must do for each of the kids, then you have March. Each of the kids must do two Saturdays of the month of March. They must do a fund drive of their choice using our cash, and a volunteer worker. All the hours are to be 8 hours, which is the max hours allowed per kids. The kid can split them up per week or days in the week. If the mom/dad allows it, the more the better. All the kid needs is to be in it to win it. Then the next one is May, then the next one is June, July and August. All the months have to be planned 10 months before each  main events, this allows the kid time to raise cash. Get into our working program. The mom/dad/or the caretaker picks the 10 months before any event program, then they get the cash to start.
23. This how the 5k breaks down, $1,000 goes to the kid’s spend it account for them to get their outfit. They will need three outfits,  gown/suit. swimsuit, and causal dressing, then they will get $1,500 to go to their life time saving account. Then the rest will stay in the kid’s deposit account for anything that might come up. Each kid is to put cash into their deposit account. On each event the mom/dad has to be assigned to our kid program agent, so that all dates, time and cars if needed can be taken care of for each of the kids to get to and from their events safely. Each of the programs will help each of the kids in this time frame. All the kid will have to do is to go work their job at our programs area for the max of hours. Our taxi program and other programs will help each of the moms/dads or the caretakers in these plans. These plans have to be done when everybody is there to support the kid. All eyes on the kid and taping so that in the main event they can see the kids work and give back to her area where she lives. The following thing the kids can do is to go to the following place to help them the learn and do, fire department, police department, and parks event. Our housing program will give toys and clothing and food to our clients, go to  any food store and give water to the older ones in sun city for their fund drive. Give away life alert information to older ones, to give water to older ones, help take their bags to the cars and bring back the cart to the stores, all done for free.
